To speak about motivation is easy, to do it is very difficult because managers in France don’t have the habit of doing it, and to make happen the change you envision you will need patience to find ways to teaching managers how to positively motivate their team.
It is so sad to read the news in this country, and so sad to hear the negative connotation that yoga has in France. Yoga is a beautiful way to learn behavioral skills. Since I am Brazilian, lawyer, trained yoga in the USA and in the UK, my perception of it is totally clean and positive. In the anglo-saxon countries yoga means a beautiful figure, physical movement, wealth, wall street, hbo, organic food & reliable people. In France???
I am happy there are few Canadians and French investors bringing yoga as it is commercialized in the anglo-saxon countries to make the change of its meaning turn into a positive experience. To have one single proper agency to verify the qualification of the yoga teachers and schools could be another step. It will take time for it to happen. French citizens who have done yoga with me love it: they feel better with themselves, they have better posture (so less back pain). I have 10 years of yoga, 6 trainings, travelled to Indian centers… I know what works, who is correct in the world in yoga, who is not. I am a lawyer student and teaching yoga – shall you want to offer lessons to employees who are succeeding, to demonstrate you appreciate their efforts and ethics, I am here to help. My number is 06 32 09 31 47 and email 0632093147 (I speak French better than I write it)

    Enjoy your weekend.
    All the best, Magda.
